We distribute items directly to homeless people and sell others to fund more wellbeing packs
You can request items to go directly to homeless people, but it really depends on our distribution schedule (usually every 2 weeks). Some items may be sold to help us fund and distribute more wellbeing packs to reach even more people in need.

Every item that comes through our doors is handled with the same care — this is how we decide where it goes.

Warm, wearable, and needed now. These items go straight to our distribution — no waiting, no delay.
Practical items that directly improve daily life for someone sleeping rough or in temporary accommodation.
Clean, complete, and in good shape. Selling these items raises the funds that let us keep doing what we do.
Our 6-week promise: any item listed for sale that hasn't found a buyer within six weeks is removed from sale and redistributed to someone who needs it. Nothing sits on a shelf indefinitely while people go without.
Items that are too worn or damaged to wear but still have value as material. We partner with textile recyclers so nothing ends up in landfill, and any proceeds support our work.
When in doubt, we always err on the side of giving. A coat on someone's back matters more than the few pounds it might raise.

If you are able to deliver to the founder's house in Thurlby, feel free to do so and we can give you the address (must request)
If you are in the center of Peterborough or along the 101 Delaine bus route, we can collect from your house
If elsewhere around Peterborough, we can organise a local shop (preferably in the centre) to hold the items as a collection point and we come along as soon as we have transport (preferred)
On occasions, we may be able to arrange a courier via the cheapest solution parcel2go. While sometimes we can cover postage, it would be amazing if you could cover it and use our easyfundraising link to give us cashback donation
